WHAT GRANTS ARE AVAILABLE?
— The West Australian Government —
Owner-occupiers and investors will receive a $20,000 grant for new homes regardless of the value.
Who Can Apply?
Owner-occupier & investor
Australian citizens and foreign persons
Natural person, corporation and trustees
No income test
No limit on the values of construction
— The Federal Government —
Owner-occupiers will receive a $25,000 grant for new builds up to a value of $750,000.
Who Can Apply?
Owner-Occupiers only
Australian Citizens
Income tests – Singles $125,000 and couples $200,000
The WA grant means new homebuyers who meet income criteria for the federal package could receive $45,000 in government assistance.
And don’t forget, if you are a first home buyer you may be eligible for the $10,000 First Home Owners Grant also!
