Stage 3 Sail Blvd Release
The Sail Blvd release is now available for pre-sale enquiry and even before the lots have been offered to the market there have been a number of blocks sold. We expect to start construction on these lots in September with titles expected in December 2014.
House & Land Package Specials
Sunset Beach in conjunction with one of our fantastic building partners is offering two very special house & land packages. Sail Blvd Construction Underway
It’s all systems go for the construction of the 15 lots along Sail Blvd. The civil contractors are on site now and work has begun and we expect to release titles on these lots prior to Christmas. More than half of the available lots were pre-sold and enquiry has been beyond our expectations.
Stage 4 Pre-Sales

Swordfish Vista Titles
Sunset Beach is excited to announce that titles for the Swordfish Vista lots are imminent. We are very excited about seeing the beginning of construction of our residents new homes begin over the coming weeks.
